Therapeutic Massage
My signature session: ninety minutes shaped around what your body needs that day, at the depth you choose.
Swedish Massage
Long, flowing strokes over the whole body, warmth and rhythm over intensity. Ninety minutes to come all the way down.
Deep Tissue
Two hours of layered, deliberate work. Time to warm each area before I go deep, and to treat more than one stubborn region properly.
Prenatal Massage
Side-lying and fully supported, adapted to your pregnancy. Pressure and positioning follow your comfort, week by week.
Couples — Back-to-Back
Two of you, one evening, and nobody has to leave the house. I set up once and give each of you a full ninety minutes, so neither one ends up with the shorter session. Whoever goes second gets to stay put and unwind instead of sitting in a waiting room.
